We offer Free First Class Shipping for all U.S. orders through the United States Postal Service.  If you need to use a different carrier, please  contact us.

International Shipping

We’re thrilled to offer international shipping! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on our shipping partner's rates. We make every effort to collect duties and fees upfront to simplify the delivery process for you. However, please note that some additional charges may be collected in the destination country upon receipt.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. PRAI Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
